Feb. 1


  • How healthy were your meals today? What did you eat?

  • Breakfast - Cereal


    Lunch - Chicken enchilada, made with wheat tortilla, light cheese and used light sour cream...had Bday cake and ice cream


    Dinner - Nothing, had a late lunch


  • Did you do your ab work for the day? Did you do 20 crunches or something else? Yep, 20 crunches before bed

  • How much water did you drink today? 1 water bottle, 16 oz. (I need to try to drink more water)

    How healthy were your meals today? ---> Healthy. High in fiber, low in fat and calories.

    What did you eat?-----> Slimfast mixed with berries, south beach chicken wrap, light soup and weight watchers mac and cheese for dinner.... pudding for a snack.

    Did you do your ab work for the day? Did you do 20 crunches or something else? ----> Yes I did do it. I did 20 leg lift crunches, 20 bike crunches, 20 crunches on a ball holding weights

    How much water did you drink today? 64 ounces
