I was curious what others are doing as far as exercise goes.
I would have to say my favorite way to exercise is to go hiking. I'm in Ohio. We have some beautiful hikes through caves around here. I just don't get to go there as often as I would like. If I lived closer I could probably go there every day the weather is nice enough. I've always enjoyed going to step aerobics class. Right now we're trying to save as much $$$ as we can. So we're not spending $$$ on extras.
I do enjoy weight training and pushing myself. The treadmill is OK when it's crappy outside like most all winter days in Ohio.

Hello nice to meet you and everyone. I do lots of biking and walkjogs...I call them bwogs during the day and strength workouts for the evening during my TV shows.
My fav workout would have to be my Tae Kwon Do classes each week. I love it and I really feel like I'm getting somewhere.
I also hit the gym a few times a week to get some jogging in on the treadmill and to do some light weight lifting.

I go to the gym and I do one or many of the following: weight lifting, eliptical, treadmill, ab's on a ball.
I either swim or go ice skating once a week to break up my routine.
