The last couple of days have been ok.
That was interesting to read. When I was overweight at the time, I was the opposite. I wanted to reduce, and I knew I had to exercise, etc. My way of thinking was not to expect changes so fast and do it steps at a time. For 8 months I did it badly, but 3 months later I found out I lost quite a few pounds. I did not expect a miracle fast weight loss after that and 4 months later I lost another few pounds.
I guess it can work both ways. To expect things and not to expect things. Another thing I found out, everyone is different and do things differently. It depends on me as the person to decide to do something and do not think about it....just do it.
Does that make sense??
Good to know that you will keep going on this.
Keep us posted! I have been away from home this week for work.. so I expect to stay exactly the same.. but that is because my actions could only lead me to that outcome.
