Sunday:


Food - okay


Breakfast = 2 coaches oat pancakes, butter, syrup
Lunch = 1 pancake, 1/2 c pulled pork, 1 rib
Dinner = 1 piece baked chicken, 1/2 c wild rice medley, 2 sliced tomatoes


Workout - non existant


I am fighting this cold, and DH & I decided not to go to the gym.

Breakfast - forgot to eat, went to the grocery 1st thing in the morning


Lunch - Healthy choice meal with water


Dinner - Burgers on grill w/ cheese

squats with rotating twist 12 to the right and 12 to the left
biking for abs...1 hour 12 minutes

OMG I have time to journal!!! :)

I ate very healthy today!! Last week was a wash though and I don't want to talk about it! ;)

Breakfast was weight control quaker oatmeal (tastes like chalk btw, supposed to have more protein than regular oatmeal ... I mix one bag of each to try to make it less chalky ... not a good sacrifice!!

Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch: Turkey Wrap, Pineapple, Apples w/PB .. there was something else I think ... I can't remember what lol

Dinner: Slow Cooker chicken w/onions, red/green/yellow peppers, red sauce and bowtie pasta

Snack: popcorn

And ... I did about 20 minutes of pilates (belly and upper body) tonight yay :)

Bike kick for lower body with stretch band 30 counts
Hulahoop for abs 15 minutes
