Weekly Goals 2/9 to 2/15

Here's my goals for this week...



  1. Walk at least 20 minutes each day.

  2. Work out on weight bench Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

  3. Do my daily crunches for the challenge

  4. Eat healthy foods and only eat when I'm hungry!

  5. Try to drink 2 16 oz. water bottles daily

Anyone else have goals for themselves this week?

My goals:


Monday - get through the BSA meeting without a fight


Tuesday - get mom lined up for taking care of the kiddos


Wed - Sunday - enjoy quality time with my hubby in Hawaii!


Daily -
walk at least 10k steps (okay Tues 5K but w/a 40 min weight workout)
Reasonably portioned healthy menu choices (tons of sushi & fresh fruit!)
Drink no less than 3 L water per day
Drink no more than 3 cocktails per day
Live in the moment - don't worry about what's around the corner until I get there.
NO CREAMER IN MY COFFEE!

Thanks for starting this Amy :)

Goals:

-Do pilates 3-4 times this week

-Cardio 3-4 times this week

Learn to cook pasta in the microwave ;)

Eat Healthy (no fast food ... or maybe just once! ;)

  1. Walk at least 20 minutes each day. Jogged for 10 minutes before work
  2. Work out on weight bench Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Done
  3. Do my daily crunches for the challenge Done
  4. Eat healthy foods and only eat when I'm hungry! Ate healthy!!
  5. Try to drink 2 16 oz. water bottles daily Had 1 1/2 bottles of water + plus my morning green tea
