Check in here daily, weekly or however often and let us know how you've exercised! Tell us how many miles you've traveled!!

Monday = 7408 aerobic steps (4.1 miles), 75 minutes


Tuesday = 9287 aerobic steps (5.2 miles), 93 minutes

Miles on Tuesday....Bowling....3 miles

I've been down with a migraine for the past week or so. I doubt I even walked 100 steps yesterday, if that. Hopefully I can get back on my feet and get walking a little. There's just no exercising with a migraine. I've got to go to work today, so I'll take my pedometer with me and see how many miles I can do...

Thursday Miles.....5...went to the Home and Garden Show and walked for HOURS!!!

Tuesday- about an hour of housecleaning; resistance bands workout 20 minutes


Wednesday- 2.4 miles walking


Thursday- 20 minutes resistance training; walked 2 miles


and today's plan is a 40 minute Turbo Jam cardio party DVD, along with a 1 mile walk (half a mile to the playground/park and back) with my children!

Congratulations everyone!! All together we've done approx 48 miles walked in our FIRST week!!!! Way to go!! Keep it up (I'm starting a new thread for logging this week!!)
