Ok so I was 169 last Sunday and today I am 164. So now I have lost the weight I gained two weeks ago on vacation. I am really looking forward to getting back in the 150's and then 140's.
I wrote down every single ounce of food that I ate this past week. I am going to keep using my food journal and this week I am going to get some exercise. So hopefully adding in the exercise will allow me to continue to loose weight this week. I am hoping for a 2 pound weight loss this week. I know you only loose 5 pounds your first week cuz of water weight... but it'd be nice to have another 2 pound loss.
I am seeing my doctor monday morning to get a referral to see a nutritionist.
