Rooting for you Jillie. You can do this. I was in the overweight range in Oct 2006 and it took me 1 year 8 months to reduce to my goal weigh. When you decide you can do this, you can do this. I took small steps for this journey not giant leaps and did not have high expectations for fast results. If I did it that way I would be disappointed and frustrated. I started slow until I got used to working out more and added more minutes. I never did this all at once, but in short spurts 15 to 20 minutes at a time everyday. It worked for me
