    i just eat whatever i want on that day. it keeps me from feeling deprived and also helps a little bit with calory zigzagging. :)

    I sorta do that, but I allow myself only one cheat meal per week, not an entire day because I know I would not be able to control my caloric goal. I'm weak. LOL.
