Are you independent-attractive-intelligent-creative etc.it seems like people with profiles lean towards agoraphobic and suffer from panic attacks. Nothing worse than for these type of people to lose there control.I'm 63and suffered from the set back for 5 long years 33yrs ago. when i was 30 yrs young.Awas over when i was 35 .I became a better person because of it .i went within..which i may never have doneif it wern't for the monster.Drinking made me feel normal until i got in trouble with the law.At that time i knew it was time to pull my self up by the boot straps.With the help of my family and friends who never left my side took me every where . I could not go alone -could not stand in line without an attack and so on ..tools for you to think about.Look for a book by DR CLAIR WEAKS ''HOPE AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES''she has some great tools to start with You will think they wrote the book just for you .y our nerves are so sensitive from all the negitive attention.She teaches you how to desensitize them..Also do some home work on the B vit family your nerves need this vit to be able to heal.Stop all sweets- pasta-breads any thing that will turn to sugar.Go on the high protien diet that diebetics are on use St Johns Wort i love it's a great mood elevatorIt like any thing else takes time remember you didn't get this way over nite.your healing from the inside out.and that takes time.Forget the whys-when and where fors.it's not important you got a big job in front of you .let sleeping dogs lay The most important thing that helped me the most .GET MAD AS HELL AND DON'T TAKE IT ANY MORE Your mind and body can only handle one emotion at a time so when the attack is happening get angry scream- yell getup walk around the house burn up the adrelen thats taken over.. the adrelen in your body is what is causeing the panic feelings.run..run run talk to you self out LOUD THATS IT MONSTER NO MORE.. YOU HEAR THAT..
