Here are mine.
1. What’s your favorite holiday?
I think this was asked before, or maybe it was somewhere else. Christamas is my favorite. Mostly because of the glitter and glitz. I love the symbolism involved
2. How often do you get on a computer and/or the Internet during an average day?
I spend most of the day one the computer doing whatever. I get on the net about three times.
3. When was the last time you baked something and what was it?
Cupcakes about a week ago. I will start my Thanksgiving baking tonight. After Thanksgiving I will bake and freeze tons of cookies and breads for the Christmas party I give.
4. Who was your favorite schoolteacher?
Mrs. Waters in Oklahoma. She taught several different things including Science and English. I also liked Mrs. Fugitt in Missouri, she taught English.
5. Would you rather write your life story or have someone else write it for you?
Some one else, I am to close to the subject.
Well.....
1) Christmas, family traditions are special
2)Let's just say, that I rack up lots of minutes!
3)Bake???? Wal-mart does my baking for me LOL, Okay, how long ago was it, how about close to a year, because its not Thanksgiving yet. My grandma taught me how to bake pies, so I usually bake, apple, cherry and chocolate pie with a whole tub of whipped cream. My mother-in-law spoils the kids with baked goodies most of the time.
4)Ms.Housler,my fourth grade teacher
5)I lived it so telling it for someone else to write would be fun.
my five..(m)
1.Doing nothing (except reading and swimming) at the beach.
2.Usually,I'm on the computer about once or twice a day, but at the moment its only once every few days.
3.I can assure you that whatever it was, it wasnt memorable!I am hopeless at baking--I blame my oven , which has a broken thermostat..
4.I liked a religion teacher, who tried to get some questioning out of stroppy 14 year old girls..we mucked around in his classes all the time, but I can still remember some of the issues he made us think about..oh, and an English teacher in the first year of high school who encouraged me when I would try and write something a bit different from the "nice " essays all the girls were used to writing.
5.I'd rather write my own life story..then I could control what went in and what didn't!
Here's my five(m)
1. What’s your favorite holiday?
Christmas
2. How often do you get on a computer and/or the Internet during an average day?
I'm on the computer 5-6 hours/day when I'm home.
3. When was the last time you baked something and what was it?
Baked (canned) buscuits last week. Does that count? Haven't baked anything other than easy stuff since my son left home.
4. Who was your favorite schoolteacher?
Miss Schram, high school government and history teacher. She made us think rather than just spew back facts.
5. Would you rather write your life story or have someone else write it for you?
I'd rather write it (In fact, I did a very poorly written memoir before I took the writing classes. Maybe someday I'll go back and rewrite it --heheheh.)
