The first of the "defining moments," McClellan told NBC's "Today" show, was when CIA operative Valerie Plame's name was leaked to the media.

The second, he said, was when he learned that President Bush had secretly declassified a report on Iraq so Vice President Dick Cheney and Cheney aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby could disclose it to reporters.

I'm also leary.. especially since he was out there in those Press briefings defending the Administration all along. So he must have been lying back then?

What makes him not a liar now?

Oh and with the book deal that Soro's is backing.. I can't say I am shocked.

Looks more like sour grapes to me. If he would have left his position way back then and came out with a book.. I'd love that! credibility.. and I'd like to know the truth anyway.

Ok, so if he was lying back then, he was lying for Bush, so doesn't that mean Bush was lying also? Along with Karl Rove, and Scooter Libby and Cheney and lets's not forget the Plame affair, he covered Cheney and Bush and Libby on that too.

I am sure you'd be singing a different tune if it were about Obama's lies ;)

I'm curious why you think you know who I am going to vote for, or that I've even made up my mind for that matter??

No, actually, I hadn't. If you'll read back in many of the archived posts here, I've mentioned that I've been very swayed by Obama. Also, in 2000, I went into the election campaign all prepared to vote for one candidate, and wound up voting for another (and I'll bet you'd be completely surprised to find out neither candidate was Bush). The more I know about Obama, the less likely though, its seems that I would vote for him. But unlike a lot of voters, I don't go into it set on one candidate, newly surfaced facts be damned. There is a long way to go to November and my vote is still up for grabs.
