Perhaps they should examine everything in the budget and find other places to trim. I understand we need money for roads, but if gas prices go up, people are goign to continue to pump less and less, which defeats the purpose. And, because I am anticipating someone bringing it up, there have to be places other than the war that spending could be cut. I know large wealthy farmers here that are getting a million dollars a year in subsidies
