Much has been said about the Obama trip to the mid east and the networks sending their news anchors to follow him, while McCain gets little to no media coverage at all.

The news certainly has not been fair & balanced in this election...if ever.

They've made it very obvious who 'their' man is.

Does the media have something to gain by promoting Obama or not??

I find it quite shocking how slanted the media is toward Obama. I knew the media has always been slanted toward the liberal cause, but at least journalists TRIED to hide their opinions. What shocks me even more is the people that can't actually SEE how slanted broadcast media is.

There is no fair and balanced coverage. The media has voted and Obama won. Wonder if they will still love him if things don't improve or if things go even further south under his leadership?

From the media's stand point Obama is new and refreshing;the first black person to get this far, he is well spoken, attractive, and charismatic. McCain not so much.

I heard an interview with Andrea Mitchell today and she's a "liberal" so called, reporter that she doesn't like the way the reporters are doing thier jobs.

I can't agree with you.. they also fawned all over the Clinton's during Bill's run both times. It always seemed they weren't too fair and balanced way back then which is why CNN was coined the "Clinton News network".

"From the media's stand point Obama is new and refreshing;the first black person to get this far, he is well spoken, attractive, and charismatic." - That isn't what the media is for.

I never said it was a good thing I just stated what I thought. They have done several studies that show people gravitate to attractive people more
