What has got you so angry???

I have seen SO many generalizations on this board (those of you familiar with my posts know that Paris Hilton is my favorite "whipping gal" - there's not a Godwin Law about that, right?).

Just the tip of the ice berg. The tiniest of tips.
If only the masses were really privvy to the enormous amount of waste, redundancy, incompetence, lack of responsiblity, etc....caused by a bloated government system...
it's so easy to throw stones when you don't really understand what is going on behind the scenes at your bosses house, or company head quarters. Another small business owner we know just revealed to us he spends an average of 1.5 million a year just on lawyers fees to help keep him in compliance. And this organization does business with the government and of course those costs are passed along to his customer who is really the taxpayer.
Personally we pay a tremendous amount of taxes. They are borderline too much to ask. But knowing how they're used is what is so unnerving. And then to hear from these posters that I'm just greedy and have no use for the poor or middle class. But hey, I can't fault them for their ignorance. For not understanding how ultimately the price hurts them the most, due to inflation, job loss, a dried up credit market--we're seeing the effects.
I'm very glad you had this experience. It's a mouse turd compared what I have to face on a routine basis running a small business that amazing enough has lasted long enough to be a medium sized business now and you have no idea now that we have that privilege the extra work and federal requires there are.......if your employer ever asks you to fill out a form reporting your "race/ethic background"...don't be offended. It's a mandatory government requirement.
Tip of the iceberg, I can't say it enough.
I manage a division of a company that HELPS companies follow the law and stay into compliance.
I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure
what makes me angry?
I can't say as this 700 billion dollar bail out makes me happy that's for sure.
I have an itty bitty business that is hurting thanks to the economy, I've also made some bad choices (nothing compared to the companies being bailed out) and could use a ~bail out~ ... but the little man is always disposable.
Not that I ~expect~ a bail out, I don't .... but the whole concept seems ... I dunno the word I am looking for .. I just think the 'we MUST avoid a great depression and must do this NOW' is propaganda.
