Okay.
Okay the only thing I have to say on this entire subject is that I HATE IT when people use the word "like" in that way. It drives me BATTY and is something I fight my children (mostly DD#2) on every single day. Like is not to be used in THAT way in a sentence if you want to sound like an intelligent well-spoken
it didn't come off as an insult to me ...
If I said I'd love to meet Bruce Springsteen b/c I have listened to his music as long as I can remember .. it's not an insult ... it's a 'wow, this is actually happening' moment.
