Nicolle Wallace: “We didn’t expect anyone to treat her as a cream puff because she’s a girl.” But “I’m shocked personally at how brutal many of the women in the media have been.”

Also says Palin will conduct more interviews, including with NBC’s Brian Williams.

UGH. What exactly did they expect? Cute quips about teenagers, being a mommy and lipstick? I've yet to hear an unfair question. For God's sake, she can't even answer what she reads or name a bad Supreme Court decision! The only reason it's "gotcha" journalism is because, literally, every question "gets" her.

I also think the "women are being too brutal" argument is ridiculous. It would be MORE sexist to give her special treatment because of her gender. She deserves to be treated the exact way a male politician would- no worse, no better. Answering and being asked tough questions is part of being a politician.

What kills me is that Biden will come off as a big mean bully if he hands it to her, as he should.

*sigh* I just think we all know that if the situations were reversed, the right wouldn't be putting up with this insanity.
