During the Bush administration there has been a significant, socialistic redistribution of the wealth upwards. We have recreated the age of the late 19th century "robber barons", where the wealth of this nation is held increasingly by fewer and fewer people.

If this conservative republican redistribution continues we will have created a society that is similar to that which exist in Haiti a society where a few wealthy exist and the masses live in poverty.

Look into this mirror, this could be our future

It was already pointed out by another poster that the radio discussion you provided was actually about legal and constituational concerns regarding redistribution of wealth, but as long as we're on the subject, why not continue with this clip of John McCain's thoughts on the wealthy paying more.

Obama did suggest in the interview that he favors "redistributive change," and that it should come though "political and organizing activities," and that's the discussion Republicans are jumping on, arguing that it shows the same philosophical impulse as Obama's now-famous commetn to an Ohio plumber that he favors "spread the wealth around."

Whether or not Obama favors redistribution of wealth through the courts or through the legislature, he still favors redistribution of wealth.

Steal from some to give to others...

A darned good reason NOT to vote for him.

Easy to say when you're redistributing someone else's wealth...

Theft is immoral, regardless of whether it is done by an individual or by the government.
