I think we just have to wait and see with a lot of the questions you have. At this point we've done our part in the election and now our next job is to support the new President when he takes office.

I found that odd as well. I think any new President is going to be "tested" to a certain degree.

I think over the next few weeks when his transition plan becomes more solidified you will have your answers. If you think the president can unilaterally make a decision to effect anything in the DoD you need to do a little bit of research on how our country actually works. The DoD budget is planned out for the next 5 years.

Again please do a little research on how our governmental system works - we have an executive branch, a legislative branch and an judicial branch. The president will not be making unilateral decisions about anything. I guess you should be more worried about how your local state official view homeschooling and cybor schooling.

I think that given his experience with education reform, we will probably see that Obama is an advocate of ANY program that breeds success.
