Boo on the paperweight. Please share, what's this Red Rose thing all about?

Hi Eyewrite (m)

Rose Red is the Stephen King mini-series that's on tv this week. I borrowed this description from ABC:

"Created directly for television by best-selling author and unparalleled master of horror Stephen King, "Stephen King's Rose Red" is the chilling tale of Dr. Joyce Reardon (Nancy Travis), an obsessed psychology professor who commissions a team of psychics and a gifted 15-year-old autistic girl, Annie Wheaton (Kimberly J. Brown), to literally wake up a supposedly dormant haunted mansion — Rose Red, built in 1907 by Seattle oil magnate John P. Rimbauer. Their efforts unleash myriad spirits and uncover horrifying secrets of the generations who have lived and died there."

It's been pretty good so far and look forward to seeing the conclusion on tomorrow night.

Thanks

Mac

Somewhat (m)

I really admire his talent. I've got all his books, including a signed copy of On Writing that sits on my desk. So each time I sit down to write, I have him a constant reminder of what great writing is all about.

I'm still working on collecting his movies. Do I sound obsessed with him? I'm not, I swear. LOL

Are you fan of his?

I used to read lots of his books...

but I fell out of that obsession and haven't climbed back in (shame on me). Tho' I do have an unsigned copy of his "On Writing". Makes me inspired. 10 pages a day, lordy, I'm nowhere near that.
