TINY TUESDAY...(m)
I would like to try something just for fun and to go along with something we discussed last week in chat about dialog and its uses in the 'show versus telling' of a story. So, here's this weeks Tiny Tuesday: Write a short piece using strictly dialog to show all aspects of the story, especially action. Have fun with this, Sammi
P.S. I will be gone for the next two or three days, so I will post mine and respond to others then. Sorry about this inconvenience.

Mac, ever consider Mystery Writing...no wonder you love the "King" so much! kat n/t
So Ramona, how was Vienna? Great dialogue! kat (n/t)
Yes, actually I bought this book (m)
titled The Weekend Novelist Writes a Mystery by Robert Joseph Ray and jack Remick. But, of course, I haven't started it yet. It's a 52 week plan and at the end you are supposed to have your mystery novel written. Sounds like a good plan, huh? I'll let you know if it works-LOL. Mac
Thanks for taking the time to read it :) *nt*
Have a mystical day,

Umm...I recognize that cooking style (m)
Poor Michael cooks like me! LOL! Great story, Kat. I loved how innocently the whole disasterous kitchen scene came about.

My favourite line: "There you go again. You’ve got a bad habit of negative thinking, don’t you?â€" Girl, you're singing my song.
Happy writing, Eyewrite
What rotten luck. Smooth read, and good use of "show". (nt)
He didn't mean to, honest...
Poor guy. Some males can be clueless - they need each step spelled out for them. Like "remove the wrapper and take the ground beef off the styrofoam plate." LOL.
Who gets to clean it all up?
