Thursday's Field Trip (m)
This week, let's take a writing field trip. Grab you pad and pencil and click over to this website (http://www.brainofbrian.com/topten2.html#5). After selecting your favorite “worst thing to see on your performance evaluation,” come back and write a short story (less than 500 words) using that idea.
Have fun,
Mac
PS…if you don’t want to write a story you can just tell us which one you liked best!

My best best friend strayed lysol on the shopping carts at the stores, and stuff like that. She said it kept her well but she was sick more than me.
Great descriptions, great story. It was a blast to read.

Great job, Jade (m)
That was exactly what the exercise called for and the way you slid in the lines for the list so naturally made the story perfect!

Way to go, Captain! (m)
I’m so glad he got rid of that woman. I haven’t been on a plane lately but in the past I’ve witnessed a couple of stewardess’ with that nasty attitude (they just didn’t verbalize so much like your character). Very creative to come up with a plane for the workplace setting.

Wow, eyewrite! (m)
That ending was killer and caught me totally off guard. You really hooked with Jim and his oddities. I wanted to read on and figure out what was going on with him. And you really made great use of the evaluation to tell us a lot. Great info mixed together.
Exceptionally good job with the exercise, and a subject most of us shy away from writing about!

Perfect candidate for Dumbest Criminals (m)
actually that show isn’t on television anymore but the bank robber would’ve made their top ten for sure. Thanks for sharing the laugh, Linda.
