Thanks to everyone who sent cyber support. I still feel pretty beat today, but so far no one has whined at me. Of course, David's still in school, but this morning he even got to school on time with no "issues". And Nathan actually let me lie down on my bed for a while without demanding that I "look at this" or "play with me."
By the time I was a the end of my big, ol' crabby post, I didn't have it in me to type out David's (M.O.T.H.E.R.) poem. I think I'll share it now.
My mother is nice.
Other moms are too.
The best mom in the world is mine.
Her everlasting love is as good as a tower made of wood!
Every day I play with my mom.
Rainbows are as beautiful as my mom.
Ah, that's my boy. Most of the kids had "rainbows" for the "R" line, but the "tower made of wood" was truly unique. LOL!
