HE DID IT!!!!!!

Yesterday was CJ's Cub Scout promotion ceremony. They were supposed to cross a rope bridge that the Boy Scouts had made for them. It was just one rope to walk on and one on each side to hold on to.

CJ is 8.5 and has AS. We weren't sure he would go through with it. He still would have been promoted even if he hadn't crossed and we told him that but he wanted to try.

He got on the bridge and was a little shaky but when he was told to turn his feet sideways he got moving. He crossed it! He didn't fall, his father was right there to make sure he didn't fall.

So, here's the link to view his pictures. I'm SO proud of him. But more than that, he is SO PROUD of HIMSELF!

Hooray!

That's wonderful! Congratulations to all of you! I had to check out the photos to see what it looked like.

P.S. To bridge the Daisies Girl Scouts to Brownies, we use a BRIDGE. Somehow I like that idea better, LOL!
