Feingold diet

I'm just looking for some info and possibly experience with the Feingold diet. Our new therapist has suggested it may be something worth looking into. She even gave us some brief printouts about it. It certainly looks "easier" to deal with than the GFCF diet.
Has anyone here tried it?

THat's what we did, although I'm not sure how it is easier. The funny thing is, what we ended up with once we added everything back was no wheat, no milk. We saw great results on it for a long time, now we use enzymes and let him eat what he want (within reason, of course!) We don't notice the same differences in focus now that he's older when he eats wheat and milk products. he is pretty thrilled to have "real" pizza again.
Whether or not this has anything to do with the diet, I don't know, but so far we have never had to medicate and 8 year old PDD-NOS son is doing terrific! What more would you like to know?
yours,
Sara
