Another knucklehead

It may be too early to make a rash judgement on the new autism specialist that is consulting to Mike's class, but considering our districts track records and the note I got home from school today, I don't have particularly high hopes that this one won't be an idiot.
First, the consult note is from 2 months ago and I am just getting it now. The reason they have a form with consultant notes in the first place is because I filed on a autism specialist years ago for being out of compliance. She was supposed to see Cait 16 times in a year and she showed up 5. Now they send home written verification of when they have been.
Next, the note, though long and involved speaks to her knuckleheadedness. She speaks of how the aide asked Mike to get a pencil. he went to do it but saw this specialist at his desk so he said he didn't have one. She saw one in his desk so she got it and gave it to him. He grabbed it and growled at her. He grabbed it in a way that appeared "aggresive" to her. A few minutes later her was making "lazer noises" while pointing his pencil at the aide.
Hello lady, he is autistic. You were in his seat and then tried to tell him what to do/ redirect him when he has never met you. He HATES new people. Oh, and the lazer noises? Well that is his main stim and you had instantaneously stressed him out into over drive. What do you expect? Him to sit like a normal kid and do work?
You ain't seen aggressive lady. That was Mike doing a great job at holding it together when someone who should get him doesn't. She gave me her email. I just sent a probing one to her to see what the heck she has done.
