IF it was me in your shoes.........too bad........no credit....goto court and bleed him

Sorry I'm bitter about it

PS
You are doing the right thing buy not caving in cause your child will be the one who suffers.

DON"T GIVE IN!!! sorry for the yelling. xh and i have been doing this for 10 yrs now. we have a trial tomorrow because he pays for nothing. i pay for clothes, sports, medical copays, activities, camps, bday gifts for friends, school supplies, holiday goodies for school. it all adds up. i deal with the school, drs, therapies and meltdowns. son is "fine" at dad's. yes he is because he saves it all for me !xh wants me to work full time ( i work 35 hrs week). having a special needs son doesn't work with xh's story. he wants to be able to tell people that he is supporting me because i am too lazy to work. i

Oh My Goodness!!! Did I just write these posts!!!!!!!?????

My EX is the same. Here in Australia we have a Child Support Agency that decides how much I get from him. He is now with someone else (not married, apparently it is easier to separate if you don't have to divorce!!) and he has 2more kids with one on the way oldest will be 3 when youngest arrives!) He has been working part time & looking after the kids while SHE works fulltime as her wage doesn't impact on what he pays me. I get $200 /month for 2 kids!! When he first left & was single he had a great job & had to give me $1200/month, he is capable of doing a job worth at least

((((Michelle)))),

You must do what you think is best for you and the boys, and I will always respect that. I hope this marks the end of this chapter in your life, and the start of a better one.
