Andrea,

Is this for an adult or a child?

Be very careful with B6. I do not supplement it at all. Although it is water soluble, B6 can reach toxic levels and cause peripheral neuropathy.

I take large doses of magnesium oxide, which will give most people diahorrea. A better way to supplement Mag is transdermally. You can buy magnesium lotion or oil or make it yourself using epsom salts.

Epsom salt baths or soaks are another good way to supplement magnesium safely.

I do recommend that everyone supplement B12. Why I believe this is explained in this link.

I am no expert on any of this stuff, BTW. I am just a sick person and a mom.

For a 9 yo, 54 lb child. I knew about the B6 toxicity which is why I was asking what people were using. Thanks for the B12 info. He loves baths, so I'll try the epsom salt thing.
