WOW ! so many issues to deal with, take a deep breath. First, for all his "1" , I would rotate the foods and eliminate the 2s and the 3s. Once he is able to tolerate 1s , then work on 2s. Now you need to fix his gut. For parasite, I have used Neem on my son. It seems to work fine. ALso, you mentioned probiotics, give the 2hrs later than what ever means of parasite elimination protocol you choose, to build good bacteria. We also use enzymes (Houstan's) with each meal. The "Behavior balance" from Vermont food science has the DMG with folinic and MB12. For multi, we use "BrainChild nutritional" 3/day. If your son won't take brazil nut, which mine wouldn't, then you can get nut powder (I know almond has) and add it to the pancake you make.

The doc said I could put the nuts in a food processor and grind it into a powder and add to lots of stuff....she said oatmeal...but he's never had that.

Sorry, didn't mean to confuse. I said that it would be good to elliminate the 2s and above. But the 1s can be rotated on a weekly basis. You said that he was intolerent to soy. Please be careful when you add Vit. E. Most of them are soy based. You can go to Kirkman's website to get Soy free Vit. E
