Is anyone putting blankets in their cribs and actually being used? I have a somewhat thin blanket that is just barely big enough to tuck into the sides of the crib that I try to put on Kira, but she always pulls it out and ends up not being anywhere near it.

The jammies I put on her now are the warmest I can possibly get, fleecy footie jammies, but its going to get much colder and I'd like her to get used to using a blanket. Is anyone having any success with this?

I am probably going to be no help, but Raelie keeps her blanket on most of the time. I just toss a little knitted one my grandma made for her over her when she goes down for naps or bedtime. she also usually is in either footless sleepers or regular pajamas wtih no feet. she is such a sweaty sleeper that if she is wearing a fleecy sleeper, i leave the blanket off. *shrugs* i've been putting a blanket on her since birth, basically... and she also has always slept on her tummy. i'm not a rule follower apparently! lol

Chloe won' t sleep with a blanket either. I put those footie/sleepers on her too. It will probably start getting cold here end of November.

Kaylin has her blanket that she gets covered up with at night, but im sure she rolls out of it during the night. I dont think there gonna freeze without it, expecially if there wearing fleece footies :)

Well on my bed I have a sheet (which is flannel during winter), a velour (I think that's what its called) blanket, and a comforter. I felt bad last winter when I would have her in her jammies, sleep sack/swaddle, and a blanket on top! Plus we try to limit our heat use since our heaters are kinda weird. Guess I'll just keep trying to cover her (which isn't always easy cuz sometimes I go in there and she's on top of it or has it wrapped around her in weird ways!)

Connor loves his blanket. It is a baby comforter type and he likes me to cover him from head to toe with it. I noticed he does roll out of it but I do 2 diaper changes during the night so I just put it back on.
