hmmmm... I kind of get it, but it still seems a little extreme. what do you guys think about this? kids over 12 trick or treating in some cities can face fines of up to $100

I could agree more! i went Trick or Treating when I was like 15!!! I was going out and about with my younger cousins, and still got candy :-) Plus who doesn't like candy. We had heard some rumors of older kids taking the younger ones candy, but nothing like that happened. So who knows.

My opinion is NO 12 yo should be walking the streets at night alone. So age limit yes. 12 No. I think it should be up to the parents to determine an age but if a child is old enough to trick or treat alone he/she is to old to t.o.t. That is my opinion. So instead of making an age why not say a child alone (without an adult) is fined.

That is crazy.. I really do not think there should be an age limit (well under 17 or 18) lol.. But as long as a teenage is dressed up than I do not see a problem
