My sweet potato is allergic to...

- cow's milk
- eggs
- peanuts
- green peas
- soy beans
- wheat

yeah crazy! So he will be on babyfood until he is 3 lol, just kidding. But this will be challenging. Any other sweet potatoes with food allergies?

Wow. Does the ped think SP may outgrow some of those allergies? So far so good here, but no peanut exposure yet so who knows.

So far we found out Liam cannot eat carrots , sweet potatoes and corn , when he eats those he is gassy , has the runs , gets a rash all over , vomits and cries , so we do not feed him anymore of those , Ped says wait till age two and try again~

No allergies here, that we know of. Did SP have a reaction to something you gave him? Hopefully he'll grow out of some of those allergies.

Oh no, I hope he outgrows some of these allergies. We are being really cautious here because DS1 is allergic to all tree nuts (not peanuts...go figure) so we are a little worried SP may have the allergy too.

I sure hope he outgrows them too!



Well, the peanut thing I suspected because whenever we would eat PB&J (Me, DD, and DH) if he touched us right after or the bread he would get a rash all over his face, his eyes would swell almost shut, and even once we gave him just a little piece of pancake and his lip started swelling to 3 times it's normal size!

wow that's crazy. I can't even imagine going through something like that. Do you have to carry and Epi pen for him? Are you seeing a nutritionist to help you with food choices. I wouldn't even know what to feed a child with so many food allergies.

Yes, he has an EPIPEN Jr., lol, for kids I presume.



I never thought about the nutritionist, but I definitely will request one once he migrates off babyfood.
