Ashley loves cheese and yogurt, but I'm not going to give her any cow's milk to drink until she is at least 1. Even at 1, she'll probably just have a taste here and there. I plan to keep her on EBM through cold & flu season, and maybe until she is 2. I want to make sure she is still getting antibodies and the extra nutrition.
I have given Cambria cheese, but never straight milk. I have had major milk production issues since she was 5 months old. So, although I wish I COULD nurse longer, it has just been so much stress on me to try and keep it up. I have been taking pills to keep up my milk supply. I will be so glad not to have to take them 3 times a day anymore.

I've been wondering the same thing.
Not yet...I'll wait until he's 12 months (or like a week shy) before I try it.
No not actual milk that you drink. She's had plenty of yogurt and cheese. She loves it, and I've even given her bites of ice cream.
We give cow's milk!
I plan to wait until a week before her bday.

I can relate!
Nope, we are waiting until 12 months and I will probably just introduce it slowly.
