I woke up with a stomach virus. DH thinks I shouldn't BF JB.

Luckily, I haven't been sick while BFing either of my LOs but I'd guess I'd loose my milk bc I have such low supply...that would be my only concern.

Ick! The stomack flu is the worst!! I had it back in September and it was horrendous!! I ended up not breastfeeding that day more because I was soooo sick I couldn't sit up at all. I just made sure that once I stopped puking (which was about 12 hours straight) I drank as many fluids as I could and nursed
I certainly hope it's a distant memory for you by now.
