Terrible Two's or Terrible Three's?

My neighbor and I were having a light-hearted debate about what age really earns the title of "terrible". I say that it should be the "terrible three's" instead of the "terrible two's" but she thinks age 2 is harder. To me, when they are 2 they still have quite a bit of that baby cute-ness going on and still (mostly) want to please. The big "no" stage is more around age 3, imo. Plus, most kids potty-train at age 3- that's enough to earn the "terrible" title alone!

Whose "right"? Do you think age 2 or 3 is harder to parent?

Well, since I'm fresh off another battle with my 3 year old nephew over getting his teeth brushed, I definitely say "terrible 3's" Laughing

That's interesting to hear both of you say threes are worse. It was definitely the terrible twos around here!
