I would if I had any room in my freezer! We live an apartment and are pretty limited in space. I'll be relying on people to bring me food!

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that you are not having luck getting the links to open. I tried again and they are working for me. Are you getting an error message when you click on them or are they just not opening?

Here they are again... I really hope they work for you!

It happens all the time on here. The links to articles almost never work whether they're in a post by someone in the forum or I click something on the sidebar. The second ones you posted did work. Thanks!

The link worked for me too. I don't think the recipes seem very appetizing, but there are a number of good online resources. It's a good post to get everyone thinking.

I don't like casseroles frozen all that much - I just think they're never as good as fresh. But I don't mind things that you largely prep in advance and freeze (cut up veggies for stew or fajitas .... but then you just cook it at the time you want to eat it. The pre-prep is still a big time saver, and I don't have to live on casseroles!).

Also consider a commercial service (you can do a party with a group of friends if you have at least 10 that are interested). Around here, Dishin it Up, Super Suppers, and Dream Dinners are all in business. You go and they provide the groceries. You do the prep and prepare it for your freezer and then take it home.

I've not ever done it, but I hear they prices are pretty reasonable.
