I think I'm coming down with a cold

This morning I was very congested and today for no reason it felt like I was choking. I was fine once I got some air but it was scary

That happened to me when I was getting sick a few weeks ago.

I've been fighting a cold for a few days. I wake up often unable to breathe. I wish at least one nostril would stay un"plugged" up to at least beable to breathe while I'm sleeping!
