I love the name Briella and you can call her Ella. I say that is a keeper. I'm still stuck with names.

I like Aubriella and Briella as well. I agree with PP, that Ella would be a cute nickname. Do you have a MN? Just so we can hear the flow of it together? Either way I think they are both real pretty and unique, but not.to the point people are scratching their head.

I'm with everyone else here and liking Briella. It sounds nice, it's clear on it's pronunciation and you can call her Ella. Aubriella is just too long.

As you can tell I love the name Ella, but have the hardest time sticking with it....because it is sooooo popular, especially in my area. And because it seems so short, like a nickname to me... As for the middle name, I have one that I love and one that dh loves, so it probably looks completely weird that I'm trying to put them together ..... SueElise....but I don't know what else to do, lol. This naming thing has been driving me crazy!

I'm voting for Briella, too. It's really pretty and unique but not really bizarre. Ella is such a cute name/nickname; my sister is thinking of naming their daughter Ella.

Oh, and to me, Briella looks like it's pronounced bree-EL-la.

I also like briella. Ella is a very cute name, but i think the name itself is becoming very popular, so making the name briella and calling her ella for short is cute.

I know how you feel, at times I almost feel like we might as well have nothing on our name list.....because I can't ever get myself to love a particular name.

I'm just worried people will prounce it Br-eye-ella. I don't understand why this naming thing is so difficult! I feel like I'm going to make a major mistake and pick a bad name.

I would pronounce Briella Bree-Ella. But I think Briella SueElise is a really long name. I love Elise (we.picked Alyse if we have a girl) but I like Briella Sue together better.amd Aubriella Elise together. At least you have names picked and you can always decide after you deliver.
