I have been having DH take weekly shots of my belly this pg. and I would like to put them all together and print them so that I can put them into Anna's Baby Book.

I don't know of a program that does that.

I re-checked Photobucket and there is a collage feature that does put multiple images together.

I use Snapfish to make collages and make digital prints. They are by far the cheapest online and I have had great experience with them. You may have to do a 3 collage prints if you do 4 x 6 prints so the images are visible enough.
