It's a robot

HI everyone! I had my anatomy ultrasound yesterday and my Green Team status is still intact! I had the appointment at a really expensive clinic that looked like an upper class hotel. I was so uncomfortable there! The u/s tech was new, so she had a supervisor with her. She had such a hard time getting measurements! I literally had the wand on my belly for an hour and twenty minutes. It was so boring. I brought DH and DS and I couldn't believe how good that kid was! He spent the first hour just quietly watching the procedure. When they squirted the jelly on me, he looked at me really surprised, like he wasn't sure if I was going to get angry at them or not. It totally cracked me up. Everything looked great with the baby. Seeing the baby on screen, I felt the same way that I did with my first ultrasound-very sure that it's a boy. My mom agreed when she saw the pictures, even though she's been thinking girl up until now. I just love that I get to keep on playing this guessing game until the end! The baby appeared healthy, and was measuring at over one pound! That's so big! He/she waved at me again, and kept sucking his/her thumb. DS was never a thumb sucker, but I've always thought thumb sucking is so cute (I know, famous last words). I'm still riding the high of victory (over the whole over a pound thing) and I'm excited to have my appointment on the 11th. For all of the people IRL who keep asking me what the gender is, it's a robot. They did this heat-seeking thing at the u/s, and it gave the baby glowing blue eyes. My husband and I both started laughing, because we've been telling people that the baby will be named Tron, and now we saw proof that it is indeed a robot. DH is going to try to photoshop one of the ultrasound pics to have glowing eyes so we can show it to people.
