Is it bacterial vaginosis? That can cause preterm labor so I hope this round of antibiotics helps. I'd definitely give the antibiotics another shot.

How did the sonogram go? i recently had this happen also (measuring 4 weeks ahead). It can be due to excess amniotic fluid which can happen for serious reasons or unknown ones.

In the end my sonogram was clear - I didn't have excess amniotic fluid and baby wasn't even particularly big (just bigger than my other tiny babies). Anyway, I left w/ no explanation regarding why I was measuring big ... just the statement "this sometimes happens", which is was ok for me b/c I did have some risk factors for some of the more serious potential problems.

But you're the only other person "I know" to have this same "measuring big" thing happen. So I'm curious what they ended up telling you.

Hope all is well.
