As you all know, i was overdue and scheduled for an induction on the 29th. I got there at my scheduled time at 7am but had to wait because my room wasn't ready until 9:30am....I finally got hook to some IV medication ( I can't even remember the name) at 10:00am.
At 10:30am the nurse started the Pitocin and at 11am she paged my Dr to break my water, when he came he couldn't break my water because baby had gone up again...what a bummer. I was soo pissed plus it hurt soo bad . My doctor then decided to call anesthesiologist to give me the epidural even though i wasn't having any contractions.
I decided to use the bathroom before the epidural and just as i was coming out of the bathroom my water broke, YAAAAAY...I got my epidural and so i was completely relaxed.
At 1pm the nurse came in that my blood pressure was low, i guess it was because of the epi, they started tossing and turning me until it got to normal. Finally at 3pm the nurse came back to check me to see if there had been any progress and i was at 4 cm.
