I bought a tea tree oil based mouthwash today at Whole foods and then I looked online today and found out that tea tree oil is not safe during pregnancy.

I didn't know there were any dangerous mouthwashes while pregnant. I guess you could always use one that is designed for kids...that should be safe..or so I'd think.

My dentist told me just to make sure I was using one when I was pregnant the first time because of gingivitis and pregnancy is pretty common i guess.

I was just at my dentist and he said Crest Pro-Health was fine during pregnancy, and gave me a free bottle. But he said rule of thumb was that it should be alcohol free.
