Is anyone still nursing? I am nursing four times per day and pumping once at work. Miranda gets 2-3 bottles of formula while I'm at work.

I'm nursing once I get home from work. I pump on my drive to and from work and then again on my prep period. Aubrey gets about 12-14 oz of formula/breastmilk mixture during the day.
Are you maintaining milk supply?
How much are you getting per pumping session?

We're still nursing here, but I'm a SAHM and Connor very rarely has to have a bottle, and for the last probably month or more he's only had breastmilk. Connor is doing much better with nursing than my first son did, which I am so thankful for. At this point with my first we had completely stopped nursing and switched to formula.

Kim: i have enough supply. When i pump i get 5 oz. I'm just not into pumping more than when I'm at work. I figure i have another month or so before my supply dwindles. Truth be told, I'd be okay with it.

I am nursing still! My daughter is BM only baby as well. I pump a couple times at work as I do 12 hour night shifts. I also pump every day between 4:30-5:30 in the morning. My daughter sleeps through the night so its usually around that time I wake up with discomfort.

I nurse Maddie approximately 5-6 times per day and pump 2x a day while at work. She gets 2-3 bottles while I am at work and 1-2 of those are formula. On the weekends, I skip the pumping and get in one extra nursing feed but she still gets some daytime formula because my supply seems to be on my work schedule :). I only produce about 2 ounces per pumping session and frequent pumping us not an option at my job. I am really proud that I have made it this long because Maddie has been a fussy eater and silent reflux also has made nursing difficult at times. I am hoping to make it until 6 months.

BTW, Maddie does NOT sleep through the night so that allows me to get in extra nursing at night... Still every 3-4 hours.

Absolutely. BM only. I will for a year, then start weaning. I've been a SAHM & work away from the home momma. Right now I'm home & it is easier. Pumping sucks. Ella eats about 5ish-x a day & sleeps all night. I only nurse & pump as needed, aka when my boobs hurt. I've got a small stash for the couple of evenings I'm at school but even then I try & time things right where she doesn't need fed while I'm gone.
