Big boobie babies?

My oldest was 30 pounds by a year old (bf until 6 months) while ds was only 14 pounds at 6 months and bf until 9 months. Aubrey has almost doubled her birth weight and is almost 8 1/2 pounds now at 6 weeks. I think it just depends on baby.

Oh, sorry Danielle, I meant to post that Rebecca goes about 3 hours on average at night between feedings. Less during the day.

I'm not sure what Dillon weighs right now but he's definitely gained quite a bit in the last two weeks, I can see it on him and he outgrew all his newborn clothes!

I've been pumping this past week to work up a supply and I've been getting 3oz out of each breast. Dillon usually finishes off one breast and sometimes drinks from the other, especially at night, he always drinks from both sides.

He wants to eat every 1.5 hours during the day, unless he's taking a long nap. He consistently sleeps 5-6 hours at night.

He weighed 7lbs 8 oz at birth and that's what he weighed at his two week appt. Looking forward to seeing how much he weighs but his next appt isn't until the 20th.

Aubrey just went to the doctor Thursday and she has almost doubled her birth weight in 7 weeks. She's up to 9lbs 2oz now. She's almost to the point where you wouldn't know she was under 5 pounds.

Kami, I agree with you, it is kind of weird that our babies are getting so "old". I feel like time is flying by so quickly!
