I do not but my mother in law does so i am always watchhing my kids to make sure they do not have any symtoms. That must be hard having that during pregnancy it is hard for my mother in law because she was diagnosed 2 yrs ago so she is trying to cope with the different diet.
it will be. I know the diet is very restricting...I try and eat the diet when I am w ith my mother in law because I feel bad she cant eat the same stuff anymore and I know it frustrates her because she is full ittalian and loves breads and pastas and the alternatives arent that great. have you found any gluten free barkerys where you live. They are starting to pop up where we live and have some pretty good sweets and stuff i was surprised.
Thanks Sarah and Christy! Thankfully I live in Manhattan so luckily I live in the best place to be as a Celiac! Although I just went to whole foods - 2 loafs of bread, one package of bagels and 4 chocolate muffins (YUM!) - $27!! Redic!!

Hi Laura,
iVillage has a Celiac Disease & Gluten-Free Diets board that you may want to check out.
