First day back

I went back to work today for the first time since school got out in June. It was great seeing my students, but hard leaving Aubrey. It is going to take some adjusting, but overall it was a good day.
How is everyone else doing back at work?

I'm at work now and I MISS MY SON!!! :( my little sister sent me some goofy pictures of him so I'm a little happy! I hand expressed some milk while I was on my break. I gotta get batteries for my pump.

Its not bad. I miss Noelle but I really like what I do. Leaving the house is hard but once I get to work I am ok.

The hardest part for me is now that he's going to bed earlier (6:30 last night) it seems like I only get an hour with him in the morning and an hour in the evening. I'm going to see if I can't arrange my schedule where I go in earlier and leave a little earlier so I can get some more QT with him before I put him down.

I miss being with him during the day, I know he's fine (he's with my parents) but I want to be with him! I hate pumping and have to do it twice a day in a storage room. I see him for only about 3 hours or so in the evenings, which really stinks :(

I'm pretty much the same way. I leave the house at 6 when she's still sleeping & don't get home until 3:30. I got the Medrla hands free bustier so I pump on my way to & from work & also during my prep period. It feels good to be back, but gosh is it hard (and painful while my body adjusts to a different schedule).
