So I just started the lovely shed. My hair is coming out like crazy. I'm also having a bit of acne...ugh. I guess my hormones are trying to regulate between pregnancy/bf'ing. Have you girls had this before/yet?

For me I always have bad acne when pregnant but it already went away (thank God!).

I've been doing the shedding thing and getting acne for a few Weeks now. I noticed my weight loss has also slowed down significantly since this started as well. Since going back to work 5 Weeks ago I'm away from baby for 9+ hours a day so I guess my body thinks it is time for all those hormonal changes to take place.

My hair is falling out really badly. I predict I will be bald by next week lol.

My hair is shedding really bad. Its noticable around my edges. My sister said she's took garlic pills to help slow down the shedding. Or u can mix them in ur shampoo. I got some last night from walmart.

The shedding started for me about 4 weeks ago and it's AWFUL!! I constantly have long hairs falling out and tickling me down my shirt! LOL My hairbrush is a mess and shampooing is awful, my fingers get so wrapped up in shedding hair, ugh!
No acne however, I did get pimples in the first trimester but my skin is generally in great condition.

Lol too funny ladies. I got the oderless ones thankfully. RJ doctor also said I could take Biotin
