measuring bigger?

had my obgyn apointment yesterday, im 20 weeks today and she said im measuring almost 23 weeks? i think ive always measured big though (both my babies were guessed to be 10 lbs by the doc and they were both 6 lbs) and i know i carry alot of water, but would measuring almost 3 weeks bigger mean twins?? i guess ill find out in FOUR HOURS!! omg i feel like im gonna burst haha its like im 8 years old again and x-mas is right around the corner! loL

I measured ahead like that with my dd1. Had to do a couple of extra ultrasounds to check fluid, growth, etc, but everything was normal. I think it can just happen sometimes.

Wow 3 weeks ahead! I was told I was 1 week ahead at my 12 week u/s. I'm over 35 so I get 2 ultrasounds (I'm in Canada too). So my due date was pushed up a week. I can't imagine 3 weeks!!! Have you been hearing the heartbeat via doppler at the dr office? They can usually detect 2 heartbeats with those. Good Luck and KUP.
