So at Christmas my mom was helping me to get things together and she was loaning us the Pack 'n Play she keeps at her house.

I'm petty. I say skip it. Use the fact that it's flu season and you don't want the baby out as a reason not to go. She really needs to think about some major BC if she's not too thrilled to keep popping out those babies.

I'm with Sunni... Sorry! If she keeps hiding the pregnancies it doesn't seem she's happy and I'd hate to be at a miserable shower and dredge up all my own bad feelings. But, my family is extremely difficult and wierd and I've chosen not to deal with several of them because of it so I've already established ignoring as an acceptable tactic.

Your sister sounds like my inlaws, which I avoid if that is any indicated on where I would place my vote.
It is so unfortunate that she is careless enough to get pregnant that much, especially considering so many people have such a hard time. Then on top of that to not be happy and to not be happy for others with a child is terrible.
I would make sure that your sisters children realize your lack of acceptance for theirs mother's actions is no reflection on your love for them. However I would not place myself in the situation of a baby shower.

She sounds like she has issues. I'd skip it too. Relationships should go both ways and it doesn't sound like yours with her does.
